Firm History
In 1981, a group of four partners acquired an 18-year-old certified public accounting practice and set out to establish a firm offering a wide myriad of services for clients and a family-friendly environment for employees.
Chattanooga has been good to Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, allowing the company to grow and provide an excellent work atmosphere and opportunities for advancement to its 12 partners and 60+ staff members for more than 30 years. The firm is thankful to be in a city like Chattanooga – where individuals and professionals constantly strive together to improve the quality of life offered here, both in the business community and at home. Since its founding in Chattanooga, Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC has used hard work and innovative solutions to establish itself as one of the region's leading public accounting firms.

Located in downtown Chattanooga’s Southside, HHM occupies the beautifully restored Freight Depot, an anchor of the Scenic City's railroad industry during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
