Upcoming Tax Deadlines

There are several important tax deadlines for both businesses and individuals just around the corner. Keep in mind that this list isn’t all-inclusive, so there may be additional deadlines that apply to you.

November 10:

• Reporting income tax withholding and FICA taxes for third quarter 2022 (Form 941) if you deposited on time and in full all associated taxes due.

November 15:

• Tax returns are due for exempt organizations that have requested an extension.

December 15:

• Fourth installment of 2022 estimated federal income taxes for calendar-year C-corporations due.

January 17:

• Fourth installment of 2022 estimated Tennessee Franchise and Excise taxes due.
• Fourth installment of 2022 estimated federal income taxes for individuals due.
