Keely Sinclair joined HHM’s bustling billing department in 2016. As the billing manager, she oversees the department’s various responsibilities including client billing , time entry, accounts receivable, and aging and collections. Keely is both meticulous and efficient, making her a natural fit to keep HHM staff and projects on track, ensuring everyone’s time is entered promptly and that billing deadlines are met.
Prior to joining HHM, Keely maintained a career in retail management, administration, as well as customer and guest services. She built many skills she uses day-to-day at HHM through her decades of experience in operations, management, accounting and payroll.
When she isn’t closing in on deadlines, she spends her time enjoying nature, spending time with her two cats or using her artistic talents to create her next DIY project.
