In 1981, a small group of partners acquired an 18-year-old certified public accounting practice in Chattanooga, TN. They set out right away to establish a firm that offers a wide variety of services for clients and a family-friendly environment for employees. Fast forward to today - the firm has since grown to include a location in Memphis, TN, and has been providing an excellent work atmosphere along with opportunities for advancement for its 20+ partners and 200+ staff members for almost 40 years. Since its founding, HHM has delivered innovative solutions and old-fashioned hard work to establish itself as one of the region’s leading public accounting firms. HHM puts its integrity, expertise, and energy to work for every single client, helping each to meet financial challenges and benefit from business opportunities as they arise.

HHM offers financial support and staff volunteer hours to numerous causes and organizations. Employees are excused from work for community service and many serve on various nonprofit and service organization boards. The partner group has a standing policy – any organization or charity that an employee is passionate about is given the firm’s support, either financially or through employee manpower.
