POSITION SUMMARY

With four office locations in Chattanooga, Memphis, and Cleveland, Tennessee, and an office in Pensacola, Florida, we have openings for Tax Accountants to join our firm that are looking for a unique collaborative team environment with client facing opportunities and the ability and support of HHM CPAs to be involved in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and S-corp tax returns
Cultivate an understanding of tax regulations to serve clients and team members
Provide excellent client service and quality work with absolute integrity and professionalism to deliver the “Wow!” factor to clients
Develop a strong research acumen on tax issues to recommend strategies, complete specialized tasks, and become a trusted advisor to clients
Work on confidential client matters meeting challenging, yet fulfilling, requirements and deadlines
Build strong team relationships and satisfy other functions as needs arise

QUALIFICATIONS

BA or BS in Accounting or related field required
Tax experience: 2 years in a public accounting firm required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong accounting skills required
CPA or CPA eligible preferred
