Ammiah Stafford joined HHM CPAs in 2022 as a supervisor after completing an internship with the firm. Ammiah works with a variety of industries from higher education to automotive dealerships. Ammiah’s work ethic and motivation to expand her skills allow her to thrive in her role. Prior to HHM, Ammiah interned at Unum Group, a fortune 500 company, in the company’s tax department. She graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is working toward obtaining her CPA license. During Ammiah’s time in college, she served on the business leadership team where she assisted the Dean in improving the School of Business. Ammiah was born in Indiana, but spent most of her childhood in Buffalo, NY. She grew up in a large family and enjoys outdoor activities like watersports and skiing. Ammiah has lived in Cleveland, TN, since 2018, but often travels to visit her family and friends. In her free time, Ammiah and her husband go to the gym, take walks, and attend church on Sunday mornings.
