Ann Marie Sims joined the firm in 2026 and serves as the Pensacola office manager. In this role, she ensures smooth daily operations by managing administrative functions, coordinating schedules and travel, overseeing office procedures, and supporting the Pensacola team as a central point of contact. Before joining the firm, Ann Marie built a diverse background working with corporate, state, and local government organizations. Her international experience and broad administrative expertise allow her to foster a positive office culture while supporting the team. Outside of work, Ann Marie enjoys cycling in charity rides with her husband, camping, traveling to new places, and trying new foods. Originally from Australia, she has lived in the Pensacola area for 17 years and became a United States citizen in 2012. She studied Environmental Science in Sydney and values strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving as keys to both professional and personal success.
