With over 30 years of experience, Clint Pearson joined HHM CPAs in 2024 as a Partner in the Memphis office. Clint's strong technical and research skills, coupled with his extensive experience in all areas of tax, make him a valuable asset to the firm. During his expansive career, Clint has advised clients on legal restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax-free mergers, efficiency planning, and other intricate matters. He has also been instrumental in leading teams and providing guidance on complex accounting issues. Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Clint served as a tax partner at BDO USA where he was a Regional Leader in ASC 740 Income Tax Accounting. With a rich public accounting past, he also worked at a Big Four accounting firm. Clint is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds two Bachelors of Science degrees in both Finance and Accounting from Valdosta State University and a Master of Accountancy (Macc) from the University of North Florida.
