Dillon Rader is a Senior Accountant in HHM’s Cleveland office, where he works on audit and assurance engagements for nonprofit organizations, construction companies, employee benefit plans, and other clients. He contributes to every stage of the audit process, from planning and risk assessment to fieldwork and financial reporting, with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality results and exceptional client service. Since beginning his accounting career in 2016, Dillon has built a well-rounded background spanning public accounting, internal audit, and specialized assurance services. His experience with risk assessment, internal controls, compliance, and SOC reporting provides valuable insight across a variety of industries. Dillon is committed to continuous learning and believes that earning the trust of clients and colleagues through consistency, accountability, and integrity is the foundation of long-term success. A lifelong Cleveland resident and Lee University graduate, Dillon enjoys reading, running, weightlifting, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. Outside of work, he serves as treasurer for his church and is currently preparing to earn his CPA license.
