In addition to serving clients, Kyle mentors and trains staff across HHM, sharing his technical knowledge and fostering professional growth within the firm. Kyle is actively involved with both the Association of General Contractors of Chattanooga (AGC) and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga (HBAGC), staying at the forefront of industry developments and construction tax law changes. A committed leader and lifelong learner, he was selected to join the Leadership Chattanooga Class of 2025–2026 and is a graduate of Protégé Chattanooga through the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. Outside the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, fishing, farming, and working on his own hands-on construction projects.
