As a tax director at HHM CPAs, Lee Ferguson offers more than 17 years of public accounting experience. Lee concentrates primarily on providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients primarily in the dealership industry. Lee has worked with new and used automotive dealerships, RV, heavy truck and trailer, along with Lease Here Pay Here (LHPH) and Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealerships with Related Finance Companies. Using an industry specific approach, he helps develop the most tax advantageous strategies for his clients. He provides an array of tax and accounting services to his clients including tax consulting/preparation, buy/sell due diligence, accounting process implementation, cash flow analysis, purchase price allocation assistance, and other industry specific consulting services. Lee has been a guest speaker at the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) Annual Convention and has presented webinars in association with NIADA related to the Paycheck Protection Program and other COVID related assistance. Lee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
