Payal joined HHM CPAs in 2025 as a staff accountant in the Tax Department after completing a spring internship with the firm and participating in the HHM Experience program. In her current role, she assists with preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts. Before joining HHM, Payal completed accounting internships where she gained hands-on experience in tax planning, preparation, and client service. Her background includes exposure to both corporate and public accounting environments, strengthening her adaptability and tax expertise. Payal earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University. She was actively involved in the Accounting and Finance Society during her time at Penn State and is skilled in Microsoft Excel and multiple accounting platforms. She plans to pursue CPA certification to further her career in public accounting. Outside of work, Payal enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
