Sarah Denton, CPA, is a Director at HHM CPAs with nearly two decades of experience in corporate taxation, tax policy, and complex regulatory matters. She works closely with clients on tax planning, compliance, and advisory needs, bringing a strong technical foundation and practical, strategic approach to every engagement. Before joining HHM, Sarah served as a Managing Director at a regional CPA firm, where she advised clients on high-impact planning opportunities and helped them navigate complex tax and regulatory issues. She led teams through multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional engagements, supporting clients with compliance, reporting, and long-term decision-making. At HHM, Sarah supports a wide range of tax planning and advisory engagements and helps drive the continued growth of the firm’s tax practice. Sarah is also active in the accounting profession and has served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Tennessee.
