Adam Osborne Honored as United Way’s Young Professional of the Year

HHM CPAs is proud to announce that Adam Osborne, Managing Partner of the firm’s Cleveland office, has been awarded the United Way of the Ocoee Region’s 2024 Young Professional of the Year Award. He was recognized at the Annual Impact Report and Awards Celebration on March 27, 2025.

The United Way Young Professional of the Year Award celebrates young professionals who are shaping the future of their industries and communities. This year, Osborne was selected for his exceptional leadership and relentless commitment to service, mentorship, and community involvement.

A Cleveland native and a graduate of Lee University, Osborne joined HHM CPAs in 2008. His career has been marked by his key role in expanding the firm’s presence to Bradley County in 2023, where he now serves as Managing Partner of the Cleveland office. Under his leadership, HHM CPAs has rapidly established itself as one of the most community-focused businesses in the region, earning recognition as a top six workplace partner and a leading per capita donor to United Way.

Osborne’s dedication to the community extends well beyond his professional work. He serves as a member of the United Way of the Ocoee Region's executive committee, a funds allocation panel member, and is the 2024 United Way campaign co-chair. Previously, he was the past president of the Young Professionals Circle of United Way and has been instrumental in promoting the organization’s mission to inspire the next generation of leaders and philanthropists.

In addition to his work with United Way, Osborne serves on the boards of several local organizations, including the Tennessee Christian Preparatory School Board of Trustees, the Main Street Cleveland Board, and the Leadership Cleveland Alumni Association. He is also actively involved with the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Cleveland.

Despite his many professional and civic accomplishments, Osborne is most proud of his role as a husband to Amanda and a father to two sons, Lincoln and Graham, whom he also coaches in basketball.

“I am deeply honored to receive this award,” said Osborne. “This recognition reflects the support I’ve received from my colleagues at HHM CPAs, the community, and the many organizations I have had the privilege of working alongside. United Way is especially meaningful to me because I’ve witnessed firsthand the dedication and tireless work of Stephanie, the team, and all the volunteers who make a real difference in our region. I am proud to be part of an organization that profoundly changes lives, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the Ocoee Region’s growth and helping inspire the next generation of community leaders.”
