HHM CPAs Welcomes Cindy MacAulay as Partner
HHM Certified Public Accountants has added Cindy MacAulay, CPA/CFF, CVA, MAFF, as partner in its Memphis office. MacAulay brings extensive experience in forensic accounting, including financial investigations and litigation support and consulting services, with significant experience in family law and will further bolster HHM CPAs’ capabilities in providing advisory services to its clients.

MacAulay brings almost 30 years of experience in forensic accounting, domestic disputes and valuation services to HHM. Her career includes significant roles with a national firm, where she served as Managing Director in both Memphis, TN and Charleston, SC. At HHM, MacAulay will focus on expanding the firm’s advisory services, particularly in litigation consulting work with attorneys in family law and commercial litigation cases. She also will assists businesses and individuals with valuation services, tax matters consulting and shareholder disputes. Her expertise will help clients navigate complex financial issues, providing them with insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
MacAulay has experience in mediations, depositions and expert witness testimony, where she has provided invaluable insights in numerous high net worth cases. She has been hired as a joint expert and Court appointed as the financial neutral in both Tennessee and South Carolina.
She is actively involved in various professional and community organizations. She currently serves as President of the Memphis Collaborative Alliance, Treasurer for the Veteran Golfers Association, and Treasurer for Memphis Area Legal Services (MALS). She received the 2020 Memphis Bar Association President’s Award. Outside of her community service, MacAulay’s professional credentials are extensive. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is licensed in Tennessee and South Carolina. Additionally, she is a member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
MacAulay is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
