HHM CPAs Welcomes Jim Vaughn as Partner

HHM Certified Public Accountants is proud to announce that Jim Vaughn, CPA has joined the firm as a Partner in its Chattanooga office.

Jim brings more than 25 years of experience serving financial institutions and privately held businesses throughout the Southeast. He has extensive expertise in audit, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory for banks, credit unions, and other financial services organizations. Jim will also provide tax and consulting services to privately held companies across a range of industries.

Before joining HHM, Jim spent more than two decades at a regional CPA firm, where he served as Partner in Charge of the Chattanooga office and Financial Services Practice Leader, advising community banks and large regional institutions on audit, M&A readiness, and strategic growth initiatives.  

A Georgia Southern University graduate with degrees in accounting and finance, Jim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and an active member of professional and civic organizations. He has served in leadership roles with the Scouting America – Cherokee Area Council and other community nonprofits.
