HHM CPAs Welcomes Kimberly Linebarger as Partner

HHM Certified Public Accountants, a full-service CPA and consulting firm, is proud to welcome Kimberly Linebarger, CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, CVA, as a Partner in its Valuation and Advisory Services Group.

Kimberly brings nearly two decades of expertise in business valuation and financial consulting to HHM. She will lead complex valuation engagements and provide strategic advisory services to clients across the country, with a specialized focus on the automotive and dealership industries.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has worked extensively with clients on valuations for estate and gift tax planning, shareholder disputes, litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions. She is also a seasoned expert witness and frequently presents at industry conferences and seminars on valuation-related topics.

Before joining HHM, Kimberly spent eight years with nationally recognized valuation firm, Shannon Pratt Valuations, and nine years at a Top 15 accounting and consulting firm, where she managed high-level valuation projects for closely held businesses nationwide.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Portland State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
