HHM CPAs Welcomes Sarah Denton

HHM CPAs is proud to welcome Sarah Denton, CPA, as a Director.  She will bring nearly two decades of experience in corporate taxation, tax policy, and complex regulatory matters to HHM’s professional staff.

Denton’s extensive leadership experience includes having served as a Managing Director at a well-established regional CPA firm. In that role, she advised clients on complex tax policy and regulatory matters, led high-impact tax planning initiatives, and guided teams through compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making across multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional environments.

At HHM, Denton will play a key role in supporting tax planning and advisory engagements while contributing to the continued growth and leadership of the firm’s tax practice.

In addition to her client advisory work, Denton has held many leadership positions within the community and accounting profession, including service on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

Denton holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Tennessee.
