HHM Talent has added Erin Donahue as Senior Recruiter in its Chattanooga office. Donahue brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and client relationship management, and will further strengthen HHM Talent’s ability to connect businesses with skilled professionals across a variety of industries.

Donahue brings eight years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and talent acquisition to HHM Talent. Her career includes roles with regional and national organizations, where she partnered with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and identify top talent across multiple industries.
At HHM Talent, Donahue will focus on supporting clients in areas including accounting, finance, executive leadership, legal, sales, marketing, operations, administration, and human resources.
Prior to joining HHM Talent, Donahue served as Senior Recruiter and Program Manager at a regional law firm, where she managed firmwide talent acquisition efforts, developed recruiting initiatives, and supported professional development programs. She also gained extensive recruiting experience recruiting for Amazon and with national talent firms, specializing in technical recruiting, process improvement, and strategic talent solutions.
Donahue is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Business Administration. She also earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University.
Donahue joins HHM Talent during a period of continued growth following its official launch as a standalone talent services firm in January 2026.
