HHM’s Matt Stelzman Named Outstanding Member by NACVA
The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), a national business valuation and financial forensics certifying agency, named Matt Stelzman, a manager at Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC their Outstanding Member Award winner. The award, given quarterly, is to recognize Matt’s commitment to the organization and for advancing the profession.
Mr. Stelzman also serves on NACVA’s Forensics Litigation Board. During his time on the board, Matt has written numerous articles that have been published in the National Litigation Consultants’ Review™ (NLCR™) as well as participated in the formation of exam questions to be used in the newly designed Master Analyst in Financial Forensics™ (MAFF®) certification exam, which is taught nationwide. In 2014, Matt was recognized as one of NACVA/CTI’s 2014 inaugural 40 Under Forty. In addition to his role with NACVA, Matt also serves on the national editorial board for the Valuation and Litigation Briefing, published by PDI Global.
Mr. Stelzman spends much of his time focusing on cases involving litigation. Historically, these cases include valuations for marital dissolution purposes, wrongful termination or death cases, co-mingled funds, personal injury analysis, and damage cases. In addition, to his litigation support experience, Matt also provides valuation services to small and mid-size companies. As part of an accounting firm who maintains a client base of hundreds of automotive dealerships, Matt has formed a specialization providing valuation services to dealers around the nation.
