Karyme Brooks joined HHM CPAs in 2023 as a key member of the accounting and assurance group, where she plays an integral role in planning and executing audit engagements. Her work includes preparing financial statements, leading sections of fieldwork, and supporting the audit team in identifying and addressing key financial reporting issues for a diverse range of clients. Karyme is known for her attention to detail and her ability to adapt quickly in dynamic client environments. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. Before joining HHM, Karyme gained hands-on experience in both audit and tax through internship roles, which provided her with a well-rounded foundation in public accounting. Karyme is an active member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Greater Memphis Chamber Young Professionals Council. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring new local restaurants around Memphis.
