Harsh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Accountancy with a focus on Taxation from the University of West Florida. Prior to joining HHM, he spent three years at a healthcare company, where he worked in financial analysis and reporting, helping to sharpen his financial and analytical skills. Harsh defines success as continuously striving for self-improvement and excellence, emphasizing the importance of mastering one's craft out of passion rather than for external rewards. He credits his resilience and strong work ethic for his success, always seeking to learn something new each day. Outside of work, Harsh enjoys spending time with his English Retriever, Miss Pickles, and indulging in his love for cooking, soccer, and exploring different cuisines. He also enjoys outdoor activities like walking the three-mile bridge in his home of Pensacola.
