Beverly Edge Named Partner at HHM CPAs

HHM CPAs, a full-service accounting and consulting firm with locations in Chattanooga and Memphis, Tennessee, proudly announces the promotion of Beverly Edge to partner in its Chattanooga office. Edge will remain chief operating officer and general counsel as she steps into her new partnership role.

Edge joined HHM CPAs in 2020 as chief operating officer and general counsel. A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Edge arrived to HHM CPAS equipped to step into an operations role focusing on improving the overall client experience and driving firm growth. Prior to her role at HHM CPAs, she was a member at a local law firm where she handled mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, aircraft transactions and general representation of closely held businesses.

Edge holds degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting and from the University of Georgia with a Juris Doctor. She is a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute, Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association of Women, the National Association of Dealer Counsel and several bar associations.
