Morris Earns Certification as a SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ Consultant
Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC, announced that member, Pamela R. Morris, CPA, CFE, has been certified as a SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ Consultant.
With Pam new role as SOAR consultant, we will be able to give our clients the exceptional opportunity to take their business to the next level of excellence said Donnie Hutcherson, CPA, HHM managing member. She will be the first certified SOAR consultant in our area, and we are very proud of her accomplishment.
The Corporate Body Scan™, the flagship tool in the SOAR to Strategic Excellence™ Suite of Tools is the culmination of over 20 years of study by The Parkland Group, Inc. The research identified the drivers of world-class performance by an in-depth examination of high performing, world-class companies as well as underperforming businesses. The results were refined into a proprietary process to deliver a preliminary, high-level, quantified assessment.
Much like an MRI diagnosis of the health of the human body, the Corporate Body Scan, is a diagnostic and performance improvement process explained Ms. Morris. It determines what the business does well and what it can do to outperform the competition and maximize profitability.
The SOAR assessment measures a company effectiveness in four major areas:
- Strategy and Vision
- Organization and Culture
- Accounting and Finance
- Responsiveness and Execution
